KRYDO Energy Limited conducts business with honesty, integrity, fairness, and transparency, and maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. This policy applies to all directors, employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers, agents, business partners, and anyone acting on our behalf.

• Making facilitation or unofficial payments where prohibited

Acceptable only when lawful, appropriate, not intended to influence, transparent, accurately recorded, and free of conflicts of interest. Decline anything that could compromise impartiality.

Avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the company's; disclose actual or potential conflicts promptly.

Partners are expected to uphold the same standards; due diligence may be conducted where appropriate.

Maintain complete, accurate, transparent books and records; false or incomplete records are prohibited.

Report suspected bribery, corruption, fraud, or violations in good faith; reports are handled seriously and confidentially; no retaliation for good-faith reports.

Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, termination, and referral to authorities.
